Be noted that equipment/s/services are subject to availability upon confirmation.

Signed and stamped quotation is required to proceed with the order. It is a mandatory term.

Don't use machine in paint & sand blasting work, if any damage customer have to pay repair cost & downtime of the equipment. Any delay while loading & unloading from the customer end, waiting charges will be applied accordingly. Proper (Sufficient) space is required at the loading & unloading points (Areas). All Permissions by the Customer.

Required Documents Before Equipment Delivery (Mobilization):

• 1. Company valid Trade License (All Pages).
• 2. Company TRN Certificate.
• 3. Authorized Signed LPO according to agreed payment terms.
• 4. Exact Project Location & Site Supervisor Contacts Details.

Getting all Permissions (Parking, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Any Govt & Non-Govt Authorities, etc.) is the responsibility of the Customer (Any Fine due to working at a site without permission, “Platform Access Equipment Rental LLC” is not responsible to pay any fine). Getting Entry/Exit Passes is the responsibility of the Customer. Any delay due to non-permission, rent will be charged accordingly.

10 Hours work in a day including a one-hour break, 06 Days work in a week, and 260 Hours work in a Month, if work exceeds this, overtime will be charged as per Pro-Rate Basis.

If the equipment works for less than 04 days, the daily rate will be charged as mentioned in Quotation.
If the equipment works for less than 21 days, the weekly rate will be charged as mentioned in Quotation.

Daily timesheet will be a minimum of 10 hours per day (Day Time) for Operator and Equipment including a break as per law even if the Operator and Equipment were used for less than 8 hours except for breakdown. Operator transportation and accommodation will be the Customer's responsibility if hired OR as agreed.

Do not use the machine without diesel, as if it will get an Air lock then the Customer will be liable to pay 1,000 AED as a penalty in case of that machine is hired without an operator.
Do Not Use the machine in the Sand. If the machine gets stuck in the Sand, the Customer is liable to remove it OR needs to pay the removal charges.

Night-time work permission (all types of permissions) at Malls is the Customer's responsibility and the Customer is liable to pay charges as per the rental agreement if delayed by the mall management. Night work will be 08 hours a night without break, exceeding to this will be charged as overtime on the pro-rate.

Any type of property safety is the Customer's responsibility and any mark on the floor due to machine tires should also be the Customer's responsibility (to avoid this Customer should wrap the tires with plastic paper/put a 30mm plywood sheet on the floor at the time of machine moving, parking, working mode and opening tires).
