Acceptance of Terms

By confirming or proceeding with an order, and/or by receiving, accepting, or operating any equipment supplied by Platform Access Equipment Rental LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions — which are available on this website and provided with our quotation. Requesting a quotation or contacting us begins this process; proceeding with the rental or taking the equipment confirms your acceptance.

Be noted that equipment/s/services are subject to availability upon confirmation.

A signed and stamped quotation, or an authorized LPO, is required to proceed with the order. It is a mandatory term.

Don't use machine in paint & sand blasting work, if any damage customer have to pay repair cost & downtime of the equipment. Any delay while loading & unloading from the customer end, waiting charges will be applied accordingly. Proper (Sufficient) space is required at the loading & unloading points (Areas). All Permissions by the Customer.

Required Documents Before Equipment Delivery (Mobilization):

• 1. Company valid Trade License (All Pages).
• 2. Company TRN Certificate.
• 3. Signed and stamped Quotation OR an Authorized Signed LPO, according to agreed payment terms.
• 4. Exact Project Location & Site Supervisor Contacts Details.

Getting all Permissions (Parking, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Any Govt & Non-Govt Authorities, etc.) is the responsibility of the Customer (Any Fine due to working at a site without permission, "Platform Access Equipment Rental LLC" is not responsible to pay any fine). Getting Entry/Exit Passes is the responsibility of the Customer. Any delay due to non-permission, rent will be charged accordingly.

Quoted rates assume single-shift use of up to 10 hour-meter hours per day, 6 days per week, and 260 hour-meter hours per month. Usage recorded on the machine's hour meter above these limits is charged pro-rata in addition to the rental. The Customer is responsible for providing trained and certified operators.

The minimum hire period is one week; we do not offer daily or short-term hire of less than one week.
The first week is charged in full as the minimum hire period. Each additional day beyond the first week is charged at one-seventh (1/7) of the weekly rate.
If the equipment works for less than 21 days, the weekly rate will be charged as mentioned in Quotation. For 21 days or more, the monthly rate will be charged as mentioned in Quotation, and the total charge for that period will not exceed the monthly rate.

The Equipment is supplied on a bare-rental (dry hire) basis and no operator is provided. Rental is charged for the full hire period on an availability basis, regardless of how many hours the Equipment is actually used, except during a breakdown as set out under Breakdown & Downtime below. Rates assume single-shift use of up to 10 hour-meter hours per day (day shift).

Insurance

For the whole of the hire period the Customer shall maintain public liability insurance of not less than AED 2,000,000 for any one occurrence, covering injury to persons and damage to property arising from the possession, use or operation of the Equipment.

The Customer shall also insure the Equipment itself against loss or damage for its full replacement value for the whole of the hire period. Platform Access Equipment Rental LLC may request a certificate of insurance at any time during the hire, and on request the Customer shall name Platform Access Equipment Rental LLC as an additional insured on that policy.

Nothing in this section limits the Customer's responsibilities set out elsewhere in these Terms.

Breakdown & Downtime

If the equipment becomes inoperable through mechanical or electrical failure not caused by the Customer, the Customer must notify Platform Access Equipment Rental LLC immediately, in writing (WhatsApp or email is acceptable), stating the machine and the nature of the fault. Hire charges continue to run until the failure is reported.

Where the failure is confirmed as ours, hire charges are suspended ("off-rent") from the time the fault is reported until the equipment is returned to working order on site, or a replacement machine is delivered. Any stoppage of four hours or more within a working day counts as one full off-rent day; a stoppage of less than four hours is not counted.

We may, at our option, repair the equipment on site or recover it to our workshop. Where the equipment is recovered for workshop repair and no replacement machine is supplied, the entire period the equipment is off site is off-rent and will be deducted from the invoice. Transport for breakdown recovery and redelivery is at our cost. The supply of a replacement machine is at our option and is not guaranteed.

Off-rent days do not count towards the minimum hire period of one week. The minimum hire period is extended by the number of off-rent days.

No downtime allowance applies where the stoppage is caused by: misuse or operation outside the manufacturer's instructions; running the machine out of diesel; use in sand, or in paint or sandblasting work; damage by the Customer or any third party on site; lack of site access, permits, or permission to work; or use by an untrained or unauthorised operator. In those cases hire charges continue and repair costs are chargeable to the Customer.

Our liability in respect of breakdown is limited to the suspension of hire charges described above. We are not liable for loss of production, delay to the Customer's programme, standing time of the Customer's personnel, or any other indirect or consequential loss.

Off-Hire (Ending the Hire)

The hire continues until the Equipment has been returned to our yard and received by us. To end the hire, the Customer must give at least 24 hours' notice in writing (WhatsApp or email is acceptable), stating the machine and the intended return date.

Return to our yard is by appointment, Saturday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00. Equipment arriving outside those hours is treated as received on the next working morning, and hire charges run until then.

Notice of off-hire does not reduce the minimum hire period. Hire is charged in accordance with the rates and periods set out in these Terms and in our quotation.

Return & Inspection

The Equipment is inspected by us after it is returned to us or collected from site. Fair wear and tear is excepted. Damage, shortages, or missing accessories that were not apparent at the point of collection remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Where we identify damage, shortages, or missing accessories on inspection, we will notify the Customer in writing (WhatsApp or email is acceptable) within 7 days of the collection date, setting out what we have found, before any charge is raised. No charge arising from a return inspection will be raised after that 7-day period.

Do not use the machine without diesel, as if it will get an Air lock then the Customer will be liable to pay 1,000 AED as a penalty.
Do Not Use the machine in the Sand. If the machine gets stuck in the Sand, the Customer is liable to remove it OR needs to pay the removal charges.

Night-time work permission (all types of permissions) at Malls is the Customer's responsibility and the Customer is liable to pay charges as per the rental agreement if delayed by the mall management. Night-shift rates assume up to 08 hour-meter hours per night. Usage recorded above this is charged pro-rata.

Any type of property safety is the Customer's responsibility and any mark on the floor due to machine tires should also be the Customer's responsibility (to avoid this Customer should wrap the tires with plastic paper/put a 30mm plywood sheet on the floor at the time of machine moving, parking, working mode and opening tires).
